The “As-Is” purchase agreements and Real-Estate closing will be conducted by Skoog Law, Wadena, MN. Closing will in 45 days or less. Successful bidder will be required to pay a $10,000 non-refundable, non-revocable down payment on each parcel purchased in the form of a GOOD CHECK to Skoog Law. Down payment to be held in escrow until closing. The balance will be due in full at closing in approximately 45 days or less. 2026 property taxes will be paid in full by the seller. Buyer is responsible for their portion of the closing cost as well as the Seller is responsible for their portion of closing costs. This property will be sold by its surveyed description.
